Shipping Policy

How much are the shipping costs?
Benelux (NL/BE/LU): €6.95

Europe: €15

UK: €15

USA: €20

Rest of the world: €35

How long does it take until I receive my order?
When we receive your order and payment, we will send you frame as soon as possible. Orders made within the Netherlands receive the package usually within three days, orders made outside the Netherlands within a week. If this is not possible, for whatever reason (because an article is temporarily out of stock for example) you will receive a message about this immediately. We do our very best to let our customers enjoy the Re.Frame as soon as possible. 

 

Track Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link. 

 

Re.Frame bears full responsibility from the moment you order the frame until it is delivered. After the delivery, the responsibility will be transferred to you. Please always check the delivery address. In case of an incorrect delivery address – caused by placing an incorrect order - the additional costs of the shipment will be calculated on your account.

 

What company handles my package?
All of our orders within the Netherlands are shipped by PostNL. International packages will be handed over to a local delivery service, once they arrive in the country of destination.

 

Undeliverable Parcels
If your order cannot be delivered it will be returned to Re.Frame.

 

Can I return my Frame?
Yes you can. Please contact our team at info@studioreframe.nl to receive your return form. For more information about shipping & returns click here

 

What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept PayPal and iDeal/Credit Cards/Klarna/Apple pay/Google pay and many more.
